Our home is on a gently rolling one-acre lot in the Montford Historic
District within walking distace of downtown Asheville. It was designed in
1900 by Richard Sharp Smith, the architect who supervised the construction
of the Biltmore House. Its amenities include fireplaces, private baths with
whirpool tubs and luxurious sheets, robes and appointments.
What we say
A turn-of-the-century home that has been restored to it's early Arts & Crafts style.
David and Susan will serve you a three course gourmet breakfast and want you to enjoy the gardens. Several rooms are available as is a private cottage.
