Gross

This bar, in my opinion, is the definition of the word "tired." From the dark, nasty decor, to the bored-looking patrons, I can't imagine having another drink in this place. While there are obviously not many bars to choose from in Asheville, I made the mistake of stopping here with my partner. This place is gay Hell in terms of decoration. While nothing in this bar has been clean since construction, the ambiance is further set back by window blinds hanging to and fro to separate the bar from the pool tables. While I'm sure someone thought "hey, K-Mart blinds DO make a difference," here, it is a huge fail. Avoid this place.

Pool tables and Dance Bar

Under new ownership. Friendly bartenders. Mostly locals for early happy hour daily, picks up after 9pm with younger crowd. Drink specials daily, Bloody Mary Sundays are fun. Outdoor patio for smokers. Its a private club but women are welcome too.
